President's Note
Somerset Players is currently getting ready for our next performances.
We are currently looking into several scripts for our next production. In consideration are Emma and Little
Women. Emma will be our second addition to our Jane Austen series of performances. After the success of Pride and
Prejudice we look forward to another Austen masterpiece. Little Women has been one of the shows that we have
considered in the past and would like to perform this piece in the near future as well. Please be looking for auditions around the
end of April. We are still working in collaboration with Town Players of Tiverton as we prepare to bring a very
funny adult holiday performances to everyone this December 2013. We are looking forward to our newest ventures and
hope to see many of you at auditions or the performances!

*Looking for immediate cast members for our
original Adult Christmas Show to be performed December 2013
Cast members must be 21 years or older. We will be meeting about once a month
to work on various aspects of the show. If you are interested in this performance please contact Kelly at somerset_players@yahoo.com
We are also looking for dancers, comedians, bands, or soloist to perform single
numbers during the Tinsel Town Revue section within the play. The rehearsal committment for Tinsel Town performers will be
limited. Please contact Kelly at the above email if you are also interested in doing a small performance during this
show.
(This is an adult comedy and the content will not be sutiable for children
under 14)

staff at the Massachusetts State House Boston, MA for the wonderful experience the Somerset Players Children's Chorus had
on December 6, 2012!

for all their help and hard work during
the Productions of Pride & Prejudice and a Stroll Down Broadway.
(Students from the Rob Roy Academy volunteered and created
all the hair and make-up for the female actors during Pride & Prejudice. They also did hair for all female vocalist
during A Stroll Down Broadway. Their work was amazing and highly helpful)!
